Care Instructions

Your baby is no longer a play doll but is now an Heirloom quality collectable and needs to be handled very gently Small children should not be permitted to play with or treat it roughly. A good rule of thumb for handling your baby is that you should not handle in any way you would not handle a newborn baby.

Your baby should be kept away from extreme heat and cold. Heat is more dangerous for your baby because the vinyl becomes very soft and pliable when heated and can become warped or even melt. Your baby should never be left in a hot car or displayed near and type of heat source.

Your babys hair is hand rooted with very high quality mohair. It has been sealed inside with sealant to help keep it from coming out. Should babys hair become dusty, it can be gently brushed to remove the dust. The hair can be brushed, combed and lightly moistened with the small bottle of leave in conditioner I have supplied in your Layette.

Mohair has a tendency to bunch and mat so extreme gentleness should be used when combing out mats. Your baby should be kept away from excessive moisture, which can cause damage to the blushing and cloth body.

If your baby is fitted with a breather you should NOT carry or pick up while mechanism is working this can cause damage to the breather and is not covered by the Nikkis Reborn Angels warranty.Heart beats need to be pressed in for the entire time you wish them to beat as they do not work when released.

Warming pouches need to be removed and the small coin snapped to activate, once the pouch has cooled down you need to follow the instructions on the pouch to re activate it.

Please keep your baby away from anyone with a pacemaker or other household goods, medical equipment that is sensitive to magnetic interference.

Excessive removal of clothing will result in loss of hair this can be re-rooted at a charge to be agreed.

Your baby wears real infant clothing and can be washed in accordance to the washing instructions found inside the garments.

Care should be taken when posing your baby. The arms and legs can be gently posed but should never be forced. Extreme pressure on the seams of the body can cause tearing. Babies head can be gently turned from side to side, but again should not be forced.

Your Babies eye lashes, lips and nails are sealed in place for protection, but they should not be handled. If your baby is ever in need of repair of any sort, please contact me at
Mail@nikkis-reborn-angels.com for information and helpful tips and advice.
